The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife needed to replace an aging office building this year, and they turned to Design Space Modular Buildings for help. When the agency realized that constructing and new building from scratch was out of their budget, a pre-fabricated modular office building was their answer. The speed of modular building construction helped too. Within six weeks; from the plan approval to completion, Design Space provided the ODFW branch in La Grande Oregon a brand new 1,500 square foot office building to meet their needs. Having Design Space act as prime contractor on the job was an additional benefit. The scope of work for the project was turn-key. So, while ODFW continued operations Design did what they do best and managed all phases of the construction.

Design Space Completed Another Modular Daycare
Design Space Modular Buildings recently completed a modular daycare facility for the Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority in Point Arena, CA. The 2160 sq ft modular building will provide the community with a new facility for pre-school and daycare. Design Space provided and installed the modular building, the concrete stem wall, ramps, and utility connections. The location was somewhat remote and located several hours north of San Francisco. But, thanks to modular construction, the entire project was completed by Design Space four months from contract signing.
