When the residents of the Bressi Ranch community in San Diego came to choose their new home sites they did so inside Design Space Modular Building’s 28×68 modular sales office. Design Space completed this building just a couple of years ago. Some features included a below grade set, drywall with smooth paint finish, drywall ceiling, skylights, 8’ doors, and 9’ ceilings. A concrete floor was installed on site along with a variety of casework. The exterior porch and decorative landscaping was also completed on site. Together it turned a standard T-111 sided building in a quite attractive sales center. It is nice to see what can be done with a competent modular building contractor.
