Design Space Modular Buildings completes a modular office project in Avila Beach

Design Space Modular Buildings completed a 11,000 square foot modular office project in Avila Beach, CA. This project was for PG&E’s Diablo Canyon Nuclear Generating Station. The building was for the project management team for a major steam generator maintenance shutdown. This large modular office complex accommodated their office staff, drug testing facilities, change out rooms, restroom facilities, conference rooms, and IT rooms. In addition to providing the 11,000 foot modular office complex for PG&E, Design Space Modular Buildings also was the successful bidder and provided an 84’x 60’ permanent modular office building to the plant.

Design Space completed a modular daycare building in Emeryville

Design Space Modular Buildings has successfully completed another major project in San Francisco Bay Area. Recently we delivered and installed a 132×60 modular Daycare building to the City of Emeryville replacing their old and outdated building with a modern and functional building built to the owner’s specifications. This facility will serve the surrounding communities such as Berkeley and Oakland and provides a much needed resource to the city of Emeryville and East Bay in general.”
