Modular buildings can be more than just portable classrooms. Crean Lutheran High School needed an entire school building at their new campus and they needed it to open on time. Conventional construction was not an option. Crean Lutheran turned to Design Space to build their main school building using modualr construction. After several months of collaborative design and estimating work construction began. Crean Lutheran moved into their beautiful new school only 6 months after breaking ground, thanks to the speed modular construction.
