The plan for a modular construction is often a fast-track building project with occupancy dates typically ranging from under 90 days to 6 months. If you have an aggressive time line, we have a plan that will enable you to meet it without having to abandon your high standards for the sake of expediency.

Upon receipt of plan approvals we will concurrently work on site preparation and the modular building construction. Proceeding with the phases concurrently will allow off-site construction of your new offices, while the site and building pad are prepared for receipt and timely installation of the modular building. This is a major time savings!
